Andalusian cuisine with market-fresh, seasonal produce, cooked in harmony with the seasons to preserve their qualities and original flavours. We seek out local producers who offer us fresh, locally sourced ingredients, without intermediaries and without travelling long distances.

Our menu features dishes made with Iberian pork from the mountains of Huelva, fish from the estuaries of Cádiz, seafood from the Isla Cristina fish market, mushrooms from the Picos de Aroche mountains, and vegetables from the gardens of the Guadalquivir Valley.
